We offer complimentary continental breakfast with all bookings. The largest of our suites, the Dvorak Room comes equipped with a private attached bathroom, featuring a large whirlpool jet bath. A room with a view, this room features a view overlooking Pilsen’s Dvorak Park, and has balcony access with a skyline view just down the hall.

The space

In the summer, take a stroll to the newly renovated Dvorak park swimming pool; in the winter, cozy up alongside our common room's fireplace. We are walking distance from Thalia Hall and all Pilsen has to offer. Need recommendations on where to go or what to do in the area? Don't worry- we've got you covered.

Guest access

Guests are permitted in their own respective suites; additionally, all guests are welcome to utilize our common room (open floorplan kitchen & living room) den ( indoor smoking lounge), backyard, & 2nd and 3rd floor patio decks.

Got pets? Great! Let us know about them before booking; we welcome friendly cats and dogs contingent upon disclosure and discussion. Planning a cookout, group visit, festival rendezvous, or reunion? Parties are A-OK so long as they are discussed prior to booking. Party/venue fees may apply.
